About Sarah

Sarah discovered yoga during a challenging period in her life and experienced firsthand its transformative power. After years of dedicated practice and study, she completed her 500-hour certification and founded Serenity Yoga & Wellness Centre with a vision to make yoga accessible to everyone. Her teaching style is gentle yet empowering, focusing on alignment, breath, and the deeper philosophical aspects of yoga. Sarah believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery and is passionate about creating a supportive community where students can explore their practice safely.
