About Maya

Maya's journey with yoga began as a competitive athlete looking for cross-training. She quickly fell in love with the practice and pursued intensive training in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Her classes are known for their creative sequencing, upbeat energy, and focus on building both physical and mental strength. Maya is passionate about helping students overcome their perceived limitations and discover what their bodies are truly capable of. She brings a playful yet disciplined approach to teaching, making challenging poses accessible and fun.
